Information Collected

To converse with Gregory, users are required to provide an email address. In addition, chat transcripts (the questions you ask and the responses provided) are recorded.

Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as passwords, financial details, or highly confidential personal data) when using this chatbot.

How Chat Transcripts Are Used

Chat transcripts are:

• Never shared publicly or with third parties by the Yarah Project
• Used internally to:
  • Improve Gregory’s responses
  • Develop and refine the chatbot’s knowledge base
  • Better understand common questions and areas of confusion

Transcripts are not kept indefinitely. They are deleted after a defined retention period determined by the Yarah Project.

Chat history is not saved for users once a session is closed. You will not be able to resume a previous conversation.

Use of Third-Party AI Services

Gregory operates using third-party commercial large language models (LLMs) to process input and generate responses.

Because of this:

• The Yarah Project cannot guarantee that text submitted during chats will not be incorporated into external AI model training or storage systems.
• Such handling of data is outside the direct control of the Yarah Project.
• The Yarah Project cannot be held liable for how third-party AI providers store or use submitted text.

Users should be aware of this limitation before sharing information.

Data Security and Access

The Yarah Project takes reasonable steps to safeguard stored transcripts against unauthorized access. Access to stored data is limited to those responsible for maintaining and improving the chatbot.

No system can guarantee absolute security, and use of the chatbot is at the user’s discretion.

No Pastoral or Professional Confidentiality

Gregory is a digital guide, not a pastor, counselor, or professional advisor. Conversations with the chatbot do not carry pastoral, sacramental, or professional confidentiality.

For matters requiring personal, pastoral, medical, legal, or mental health support, users are encouraged to seek appropriate human professionals.

User Responsibility

By using Gregory, users acknowledge that:

• They are responsible for the information they choose to share
• They understand the limitations of digital tools and AI systems
• They will use the chatbot respectfully and lawfully

The Yarah Project reserves the right to suspend or restrict access in cases of misuse.
